高职临床医学专业《内科学》课程思政教学案例研究——以“消化性疾病”为例

Case Study on Ideological and Political Education in the“Internal Medicine”Course for Higher Vocational Clinical Medicine Majors:Taking“Digestive Diseases”as an Example

摘要 目的 探究高职临床医学专业《内科学》的课程思政教学案例。方法 研究时间为2020年9月至2023年6月,选择常德职业技术学院2020级临床医学专业不同班级的450名学生,分为两组,观察组实施《内科学》课程思政教学(n=225);对照组采用传统教学方式(n=225),比较两组间的考试成绩,并采用问卷调查评价教学模式的满意程度及课堂思政效果。结果 观察组平时成绩、期末考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的学生对教学设计、学业成绩、授课方式的满意度,及职业认同感、社会责任感和爱国情怀方面的思政效果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将思政元素融入高职临床医学专业《内科学》课程能有效提高学生的学习效果和对教学模式的满意度,这为高职医学教育提供了新的思路和方法,有助于培养具有高度社会责任感和爱国情怀的医学人才。 Objective To explore the case study of ideological and political education in the“Internal Medicine”course for higher vocational clinical medicine majors.Methods The study period was from September 2020 to June 2023.A total of 450 students from different classes of the 2020 clinical medicine major at Changde Vocational Technical College were selected and divided into two groups.The observation group(n=225)implemented ideological and political education in the“Internal Medicine”course,while the control group(n=225)adopted traditional teaching methods.The exam scores of the two groups were compared,and a questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the satisfaction with the teaching model and the effect of ideological and political education in the classroom.Results The regular scores,final assessment scores,and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the teaching design,academic performance,teaching methods,and the ideological and political effects in terms of professional identity,social responsibility,and patriotism compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating ideological and political elements into the“Internal Medicine”course for higher vocational clinical medicine majors can effectively improve students’learning outcomes and satisfaction with the teaching model.This provides new ideas and methods for higher vocational medical education and helps cultivate medical talents with a high sense of social responsibility and patriotism.
