摘要
大学校长是现代大学治理的核心主体,创建以大学校长的实践经验与内在规律为研究对象的新的学科体系,是在中国式现代化的教育强国建设进程中聚焦新形势、新现象、新要求,开展高等教育学科创新的理论与实践必然。大学校长学的创建具有深厚的实践发展与理论探索根基,大学校长学具有“1+1+3”的理论构架,是在分析大学校长学的现实基础、理论根基和学科创建的基础之上,对“什么人能成为大学校长、大学校长发展什么样的大学、大学校长怎样发展大学”这一根本问题的系统回应。大学校长学理论体系的形成与发展,是理论创新与行动实践相得益彰、协同共进的产物。
University presidents are the core subjects of modern university governance,and the creation of a new discipline system based on the practical experience and internal laws of university presidents is a theoreti-cal and practical necessity to focus on the new situation,new phenomena and new requirements in the process of building a Chinese-style modern educational power,and to carry out discipline innovation in higher educa-tion.The establishment of university presidentship has a profound foundation of practical development and the-oretical exploration,and the theory of university president has the theoretical framework of“1+1+3”,which is a systematic response to the fundamental question of“who can become a university president,what kind of u-niversity president develops,and how can a university president develop a university”on the basis of analyzing the practical foundation,theoretical foundation and discipline creation of university president.The formation and development of the theoretical system of university presidentship is the product of the complementarity and synergy between theoretical innovation and the practice of action.
