摘要
以DSJ1000/63/2×75型带式输送机为研究对象,结合煤矿巷道带式输送机现存问题,介绍一种可伸缩机尾结构设计。具体设计内容包括结构设计、参数设计、连接设计、控制模式设计四部分内容,为检验设计可行性,分别采用仿真分析方法和工业性试验方法对可伸缩机尾结构设计进行动力学仿真分析,进而确认该设计具有较强可行性。
Taking DSJ1000/63/2×75 belt conveyor as a case study,a retractable tail structure design is introduced in combination with the existing problems of coal mine roadway belt conveyor.The specific design includes four parts:structural design,parameter design,connection design,control mode design,etc.In order to check the feasibility of the design,simulation analysis method and industrial test method are used to carry out dynamics simulation analysis on the design of retractable tail structure respectively,which confirms that the design has strong feasibility.
