局麻下利用12号注射针头侧刃治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Lateral Edge of 12-Gauge Needle under Local Anesthesia in the Treatment of Tenosynovitis of Flexor Tendon Stenosis

目的:探讨局麻下利用12号注射针头之侧刃治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的效果。方法:选择2020年8月-2024年2月广州医科大学附属第四医院中医骨伤科收治的100例指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组采用常规针刀松解术治疗,试验组采用12号注射针头侧刃治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度及手指肌腱总活动度优良率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2周,两组VAS评分均低于术前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组手指肌腱总活动度优良率为90.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局麻下利用12号注射针头侧刃治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者可提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛,提高手指肌腱总活动度优良率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of lateral edge of 12-gauge needle in the treatment of tenosynovitis of flexor tendon stenosis under local anesthesia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with constricted tenosynovitis of flexor tendon of fingers admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from August 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupotomy,and the experimental group was treated with the side edge of 12 gauge needle.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and good rate of total motion of finger tendon were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);two weeks after surgery,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of total finger tendon motion in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under local anesthesia,the lateral edge of the 12-gauge needle can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve pain,and improve the overall motion rate of the finger tendon.
