脱钩背景下体育非物质文化遗产国际传播的现实困境及纾解路径

Realistic Dilemmas and Relief Paths of International Communication of China's Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage under the Background of Decoupling

体育作为跨越国界的通用语言,是文化交流与传播的重要载体。中国体育非物质文化遗产的国际化传播对于“讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音”,平衡中国经济发展与文化软实力之间的落差具有重要时代意义。然而,在世界多重危机背景下,西方国家对华实施的“脱钩断链”策略,使中国体育非遗的国际化传播深陷于大国政治博弈的复杂漩涡。因此,中国体育非遗的国际化传播不仅要处理好体育项目之间的竞争以及自身理论体系薄弱的问题,还需突破经济困境、地缘政治以及脱钩断链的僵局,努力营造有利于中国体育非遗国际传播的和平环境。基于西方国家对中国实施的脱钩策略,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对中国体育非物质文化遗产国际传播的现实困境展开探赜,提出体育非遗国际化传播的纾解路径。具体观点:中国体育非遗的理论体系尚显薄弱,造成国际传播的碎片化现象;西方同质化文化对东方文化的排斥,造成中国体育非遗国际传播的不对等;西方国家依托贸易格局主导权,造成中国体育非遗国际传播话语权的缺失;世界整体局势持续动荡,造成中国体育非遗国际传播环境恶化。针对这些问题,提出以下建议:1)完善中国体育非遗理论体系,通过汉语国际教育平台加强体育非遗文化的传播;2)提升中国体育非遗文化的软实力,增强其在国际传播中的影响力;3)依托“双循环”经济发展模式,激发体育非遗传播的动力;4)夯实“一带一路”国家的维护及拓展,以点带动体育非遗国际传播的面。

As a universal language across national borders,sports serve as an important carrier of cultural exchange and communication.The international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for"telling China's story well and making China's voice heard",thereby bridging the gap between China's economic development and cultural soft power.However,in the context of multiple global crises,the"decoupling and supply chain disruption"strategy against China implemented by Western countries has made the international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage deeply trapped in the complex vortex of the political game of great powers.Therefore,the international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage should not only deal with the competition among sports events and the weakness of its own theoretical system,but also break through the deadlock of economic dilemma,geopolitical tensions,and the stalemate of decoupling,and strive to create a peaceful environment conducive to the international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage.Based on the decoupling strategy implemented by western countries on China,this paper probes into the realistic dilemmas of the international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage through literature review and logical analysis,and proposes strategies to alleviate these challenges.The specific views are as follows:the theoretical system of China's sports intangible cultural heritage is still weak,resulting in the fragmentation of international communication;the exclusion of eastern cultures by Western homogenous cultures results in asymmetrical international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage;western countries'dominance in trade patterns undermines China's discourse power in the international communication of its sports intangible cultural heritage;the overall turbulent global situation exacerbates the deteriorating environment for international communication of China's sports intangible cultural heritage.To solve these problems,the following suggestions are put forward:1)Improve the theoretical framework of China's intangible cultural heritage in sports,and strengthen its communication through the platform of Chinese international education;2)Enhance the soft power of China's sports intangible cultural heritage to amplify its influence in international communication;3)Leverage the"dualcirculation"economic development model to stimulate the power of sports intangible cultural heritage communication;4)Strengthen and expand the maintenance of the"Belt and Road Initiative"countries to drive broader international communication of sports intangible cultural heritage.
