城市记忆视角下老旧单位社区有机更新探索——以铁路新村为例

Exploring the Organic Renewal of Old Unit Communities from the Perspective of Urban Memory——An Example of Railway New Village

通过实地走访调研与线上信息采集,选择以四川省成都市铁路新村为例,对老旧单位社区更新进行研究,以老旧单位社区内部城市记忆的利用价值和不可复制性为出发点,思考城市有机更新的相关策略。通过运用相关理论,对老旧单位社区文化生态如何延续进行思考,探索可循环有机更新模式的可能性。

Through fieldwork and online information collection,this paper chooses Railway New Village in Chengdu,Sichuan Province as an example to study the renewal of old unit communities,and considers the relevant strategies of urban organic renewal from the perspective of the utilization value and non-replicability of urban memory in old unit communities.By applying relevant theories,the study considers how to continue the cultural ecology of the old unit community and explores the possibility of a recyclable organic regeneration model.
