摘要
随着社会的飞速发展以及生活节奏的不断加快,“内卷”现象已逐步渗透到社会各个层面。高校大学生“内卷”现象正成为近年来的社会焦点,并发展为一种非理性的竞争行为。文章深入分析了我国高校大学生的“内卷”现象,并探究了其产生的原因。对此,文章结合实际提出了高校大学生“内卷”现象的应对策略,以期助力大学生更好地发挥自己的才能,实现人生的价值。
With the rapid development of society and the accelerating pace of life,the phenomenon of"involution"has gradually penetrated into various levels of society.The phenomenon of"involution"among college students has become a social focus in recent years and has developed into an irrational competitive behavior.The article deeply analyzes the phenomenon of"involution"among college students in China and explores its causes.In response to this,the article proposes practical strategies to address the phenomenon of"involution"among college students,in order to help them better utilize their talents and realize the value of their lives.
