“三全育人”视角下高校学生公寓管理育人研究

Research on the Management and Education of College Student Apartments from the Perspective of"Three All-Round Education"

学生公寓管理育人作为一种多元化的育人方式,对于高校育人环节有着重要的推动作用。为提升公寓管理育人效果,将“三全育人”理念融入其中。分析“三全育人”的内涵以及学生公寓管理育人的理念,文章分别从功能、途径、实效三个方面的实现需求,深度剖析公寓管理育人的必要性,在“三全育人”视角下,以整合协同管理育人资源、发挥学生的自我管理功能、创新育人管理工作机制为主要手段,扩展高校学生公寓管理育人途径,共同推进高校协同育人工作,形成高校育人合力。通过不断努力和创新,能够为学生创造一个更加和谐、健康的成长环境,为培养更多优秀人才贡献力量。

The management and education of student dormitories,as a diversified way of education,plays an important role in promoting the education process in universities.To enhance the effectiveness of apartment management and education,the concept of"comprehensive education"is integrated into it.Analyzing the connotation of"Three All-Round Education"and the concept of managing and educating students in student dormitories,this paper deeply analyzes the necessity of apartment management and educating students from three aspects:function,approach,and effectiveness.From the perspective of"Three All-Round Education",the main means are to integrate collaborative management and educating resources,give full play to students'self-management functions,and innovate the mechanism of educating management,expand the ways of managing and educating students in college student dormitories,and jointly promote collaborative education work in universities,forming a joint force for college education.Through continuous efforts and innovation,we can create a more harmonious and healthy growth environment for students,and contribute to the cultivation of more outstanding talents.
