摘要
通过红外热成像对GCB断路器内部进行测温,实现对断路器内部温度的实时监测及预警功能,能够全天候的感知设备的运行状态。本文主要探讨红外热成像应用在GCB断路器测温相比于传统无线测温方面的优势,通过红外热成像摄像头,捕捉待确定区域的红外辐射成像,能够直观的感知各个节点的温度和数据,通过曲线记录,知道内部温度变化的一个趋势,时刻掌握设备的运行状态同时能够及时发现隐患,为电力设备的应用与维护提供故障与预警。
Through infrared thermal imaging,the temperature of the internal incoming line of the GCB circuit breaker is measured,and the real-time monitoring and early warning function of the internal temperature of the circuit breaker is realized,and the operating status of the equipment can be perceived around the clock.This paper mainly discusses the advantages of infrared thermal imaging application in GCB circuit breaker temperature measurement compared with traditional wireless temperature measurement,through the infrared thermal imaging camera,the infrared radiation imaging of the area to be determined can be captured,the temperature and data of each node can be intuitively perceived,and through the curve recording,a trend of internal temperature change can be known,and the operation status of the equipment can be grasped at all times,and hidden dangers can be found in time,so as to provide fault and early warning for the application and maintenance of power equipment.
