复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Compoundα-Ketoacid Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的:探讨复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法:选择2018年1月—2023年6月南平同道仁爱医院收治的112例慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,以双色球法分组,各56例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组给予复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能、血压、磷钙代谢及营养指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血尿酸(UA)、血磷(P)水平、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血钙(Ca^(2+))、血清白蛋白(ALB)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方α-酮酸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾功能不全患者可降低血压,改善肾功能,调节钙磷代谢水平,提升营养水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Compoundα-Ketoacid combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Method:A total of 112 patients with chronic renal insufficiency who admitted to Nanping Tongdao Ren’ai Hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by double chromosphere method,56 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with Compoundα-Ketoacid combined with Calcium Dobesilate.The clinical efficacy,renal function,blood pressure,phosphorus and calcium metabolism and nutritional indicators were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(UA),serum phosphorus(P),systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr),serum calcium(Ca^(2+))and serum albumin(ALB)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compoundα-Ketoacid combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency can reduce blood pressure,improve renal function,regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and improve nutrition level.
