分析胰岛素注射+二甲双胍口服+临床营养治疗对糖尿病患儿血糖水平的影响

Effect of Insulin Injection+Metformin Oral+Clinical Nutrition Therapy on Blood Glucose Level in Children with Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析胰岛素注射+二甲双胍口服+临床营养治疗对儿童糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法 选取2023年1—12月汶上县中医院儿科收治的60例糖尿病患儿为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为A组与B组,各30例。A组予以胰岛素注射+临床营养治疗,B组在A组基础上口服二甲双胍治疗。对比两组血糖达标时间、血糖与营养指标水平、日间及夜间血糖波动情况。结果 治疗后,B组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、日间及夜间血糖波动情况均低于A组,血糖达标时间短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,B组血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 胰岛素注射+二甲双胍口服+临床营养治疗能有效改善儿童糖尿病患者血糖控制水平和机体营养状态,并减少血糖波动,缩短血糖达标时间。

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin injection+metformin oral+clinical nutrition therapy on blood glucose level in children with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 children with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Wenshang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A and group B according to different treat-ment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Group A were given insulin injection+clinical nutrition therapy,and group B increased oral metformin treatment on the basis of Group A.The blood glucose compliance time,blood glu-cose and nutritional index levels,daytime and nighttime blood glucose fluctuations were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,daytime and nighttime blood glucose fluctuations in group B were lower than those in group A,and the blood glu-cose compliance time was shorter than that in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum albumin,transferrin and prealbumin in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin injection+metformin oral+clinical nutrition therapy can effectively improve the blood glucose control level and nutritional status of children with diabe-tes mellitus,reduce blood glucose fluctuations,and shorten the blood glucose compliance time.
