摘要
为探索不同日龄黑水虻幼虫脂肪酸组成及含量变化趋势,试验先对脂肪酸提取溶剂进行了筛选,然后采用索氏提取法及酸催化方法对不同日龄黑水虻幼虫脂肪酸进行提取及甲酯化,最后采用气相色谱与质谱联用(GC-MS)对不同日龄黑水虻幼虫脂肪酸进行分析。结果表明:(1)正己烷、石油醚、乙酸乙酯三种溶剂对脂肪酸的提取效果不同,提取的总脂肪酸分别占所有成分的96.28%、75.77%、99.32%,提取的脂肪酸种类分别为23、22、20种。(2)随着饲养时间延长,幼虫体内脂肪酸的种类增多,从5日龄到15日龄幼虫,脂肪酸增加了7种,不饱和脂肪酸的种类增加了4种。由此可见,正己烷和石油醚适合作为脂肪酸提取的溶剂,从脂肪酸种类来看,正己烷优于石油醚。不同日龄黑水虻幼虫脂肪酸组成差异较大,15日为提取黑水虻幼虫脂肪酸的最佳日龄。
The purpose of this study was to explore the changes of fatty acid composition and content of black fly larvae at different age,and to provide basic data for its application.In this paper,the fatty acid extraction solvent was screened,and then the fatty acids of different-day-old black soldier fly larvae were extracted and methylated by Soxhlet extraction method and acid catalysis method.Finally,the fatty acids of different-day-old black soldier fly larvae were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that:①the three solvents of n-hexane,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate had different extraction effects on fatty acids.The total fatty acids extracted accounted for 96.28%,75.77%and 99.32%of all components,and the types of fatty acids extracted were 23,22 and 20 respectively.②With the extension of feeding time,the types of fatty acids in larvae increased.From 5 days old to 15 days old larvae,the types of fatty acids increased by 7 kinds,and the types of unsaturated fatty acids increased by 4 kinds.It can be seen that n-hexane and petroleum ether are suitable as solvents for fatty acid extraction.From the perspective of fatty acid types,n-hexane is superior to petroleum ether.The fatty acid composition of black soldier fly larvae at different ages was quite different,and 15 days was the best age for extracting fatty acids from black soldier fly larvae.
