摘要
以‘香野’为父本,‘冬阳红1号’为母本,对杂交得到的F1代草莓果实品质表现进行调查分析,以期选育出果实品质优于亲本的草莓新品系。本研究从56组F1代群体中选出成熟期一致8组F1代群体,在草莓结果期对果实单果重、果形指数、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸等外观及内在品质进行测定。研究结果表明:‘香野’和‘冬阳红1号’杂交后代的果实品质性状与父母本存在显著差异,并且各种指标优于亲本的后代较少。形态学性状中变异幅度最小的是果形指数,变异系数为7.5%;果实品质中可溶性固形物含量的变异最小,变异系数为12.57%;变异幅度最大的是可滴定酸含量,变异系数达32.45%。通过对杂交后代果实性状综合分析,21-53和21-39可以作为草莓品质改良的优势株系。
Using‘Xiangye’as the parent and'Dongyang Hong 1'as the female parent,we investigated and analyzed the performance of strawberry fruit quality in the F1 generation obtained from the cross.We hope to select new strawberry lines with better fruit quality than the parents.In this study,we selected eight F1 generation populations with consistent maturity from 56 groups of F1 generation populations and measured the appearance and intrinsic quality of fruits such as single fruit weight,fruit shape index,soluble protein,soluble solids,soluble sugar,and titratable acid during the fruiting period of strawberries.The results of the study showed that the fruit quality traits of the hybrid progeny of‘Xiangye’and‘Winter Sun Red No.1’differed significantly from those of the parents,and there were fewer progeny that were better than the parents in various indexes.The smallest variation in morphological traits was in fruit shape index,with a coefficient of variation of 7.5%;the smallest variation in fruit quality was in soluble solids content,with a coefficient of variation of 12.57%;and the largest variation was in titratable acid content,with a coefficient of variation of 32.45%.Through a comprehensive analysis of the fruit traits of the hybrid progeny,21-53 and 21-39 can be used as advantageous strains for strawberry quality improvement.
