玉米加工产业规模化生产管理机制创新研究

Research on reforming massive production management system in corn processing industry

为了促进玉米加工产业的可持续发展,针对原料供应、技术与设备、资金与资源、市场需求四大主要制约因素,分别提出了稳定原料供应策略、加强科技投入、资金与资源优化策略以及市场导向的产品调整策略。在稳定原料供应方面,建议建立长期稳定的合作关系和多元化采购策略;在技术与设备方面,强调引进先进技术和设备,并建立设备维护制度;在资金与资源方面,提出优化资金和资源配置,实现节约和循环利用;在市场导向方面,建议根据市场需求调整生产规模和产品结构。通过实施上述管理对策,玉米加工产业可以实现高效、稳定、可持续的规模化生产,提升市场竞争力,实现长期稳定发展。

With the aim of achieving sustainable development in the corn processing industry,some adjustment strategies such as stabilizing raw material supply,increasing technology input,optimizing fund and resources,and establishing market-oriented production pattern,are proposed in this paper for resolving the four main constraints of raw material supply,technology&equipment,capital&resources,and market demand.To these ends,it is suggested to establish long-term and stable partnership and adopt diversified procurement strategies;highlight the need of introducing advanced technologies and equipment and setting up equipment maintenance systems;better configure fund and resources for saving and recycling purposes;and adjust production scale and product portfolios as per market demand.By implementing those management strategies,it is hopeful that massive production that features high efficiency,stability,and sustainability could be established in the corn processing industry so that it could be more competitive and grow stably in the long run.
