摘要
长大浅埋富水区引水隧洞由于工程主体周围存在大量地下水且水压较大,施工过程中常会发生渗漏水问题,影响隧洞引水效果,还会对隧洞周围岩体结构稳定性产生直接影响从而威胁施工安全。本文结合新疆某引水隧洞工程实例,针对不同渗漏水规模分别提出不同的防排水方案:当出现渗水时,采用楔形凹槽排水管、线槽预埋管和防水卷材等进行处理;当出现涌水时,采取间隔分段注浆、超前圆环预加固等方式处理。经工程检验,采用上述方案处理完成后,隧洞基本未发生渗水、涌水等问题。
Due to the presence of a large amount of groundwater and high water pressure around the main structure of the long and shallow buried water diversion tunnels in water rich areas,leakage problems often occur during the construction process.These leakages not only affect the water diversion effect of the tunnels,but also directly affect the stability of the rock mass structure around the tunnels,and further threaten the construction safety.Combining an example of a water diversion tunnel project in Xinjiang,this article proposes different waterproofing and drainage schemes for different leakage scales.When seepage occurs,wedge-shaped groove drainage pipes,embedded conduit pipes and waterproofing membranes are used for the treatment;when water surges occur,measures such as interval segmented grouting and advanced ring pre-reinforcement are taken to deal with the problems.After the treatment with above schemes and engineering inspection,there are no water seepage or inflow problems found in the tunnel.
