摘要
加强养老服务人才队伍建设是实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略和人才强国战略的重要内容,是健全完善养老服务体系的重要支撑。高职院校作为培养养老服务人才的主要场所,在养老服务人才培养方面仍存在一些问题,应从“转变思想观念,树立积极老龄观”“加强顶层设计,拓宽养老服务人才培养途径”“丰富和完善课程教学资源”“深入推进养老领域产教融合,顺应社会需求”“健全和完善养老服务人才激励政策”等方面发力,加快建设一支高素质、高技能的养老服务人才队伍,推动养老服务人才队伍的高质量、可持续发展。
Strengthening the construction of a talent team for elderly care service is an important part of implementing the national strategies of actively responding to population aging and strengthening the country through talents,and is an important support for improving the elderly care service system.As the main place for training elderly care service talents,higher vocational colleges still have some problems in the training of elderly care service talents.They should make efforts in“changing ideas and concepts,establishing a positive view of aging”,“strengthening top-level design,broadening the channels for training elderly care service talents”,“enriching and improving course teaching resources,deepening the integration of production and education in the elderly care field”,and“improving and perfecting the incentive policies for elderly care service talents”to accelerate the construction of a high-quality and highly skilled talent team for elderly care service,and promote the highquality and sustainable development of the talent team for elderly care service.
