摘要
为了解不同药物治疗奶牛胎衣不下的治疗效果及后期对受胎率的影响,选取72头产后胎衣不下奶牛分为四个试验组,即对照组、试验一组、试验二组和试验三组,对照组采取手动剥离胎衣法治疗,三个试验组分别给予不同的药物进行治疗,对比治疗效果并分析对奶牛发情率和受胎率的影响。结果表明,产后奶牛的总胎衣滞留率为14.57%,四个试验组胎衣不下治愈率分别为44.44%、80.95%、85.71%和90.47%,受胎率分别为37.50%、76.19%、80.95%和90.47%。由试验结果可知,药物治疗胎衣不下比自然脱落或者手动剥离恢复效果好,子宫灌注0.1%高锰酸钾溶液冲洗后灌注300mL益母生化合剂,并肌注维生素ADE注射液,对胎衣不下的治疗效果最佳,且还有效提高了胎衣不下奶牛的发情率和受胎率。
In order to understand the therapeutic effect of different drugs on dairy cows with fetal retention and the influence on the rate of conception.In this study,72 postpartum dairy cows were selected and divided into four experimental groups,namely control group,trial group 1,trial group 2 and trial group 3.Different drugs were given for treatment,and the effects on the estrus rate and conception rate of dairy cows were analyzed.The results showed that after 150 days of screening and treatment,the statistics of late estrus and conception data showed that the total retention rate of the tested cows was 14.57%,and the cure rates of the four experimental groups were 44.44%,80.95%,85.71%and 90.47%,respectively.The pregnancy rates were 37.50%,76.19%,80.95%and 90.47%,respectively.The results showed that the recovery effect of drug treatment was better than that of natural shedding or manual stripping.After the uterus was irrigated with 0.1%potassium permanganate solution,300mL of Yimu biochemical mixture was injected,and vitamin ADE injection was injected into the uterus.The treatment effect was the best,and the estrus rate and the pregnancy rate of dairy cows with fetal outgrowth were also effectively improved.
