商业银行非现场监测体系建设路径探析

近年来,非现场监测体系的建设作为银行业金融机构实现数字化、智能化、自动化监测的重要方法与发展方向,得到银行业金融机构的持续关注与推动。特别是数字化转型背景下,商业银行更加注重金融科技的作用,运用大数据和智能工具,持续改进内部风控管理,优化检查监督模式,赋能业务经营发展,非现场监测在提升内控管理的针对性、主动性方面作用更加凸显。文章在梳理总结非现场监测问题现状的基础上,提出商业银行构建非现场监测体系的建设思路和实施路径。

In recent years,the construction of off-site monitoring systems has been an important method and development direction for banking and financial institutions to achieve digital,intelligent,and automated monitoring,and has received continuous attention and promotion from banking and financial institutions.Especially in the context of digital transformation,commercial banks pay more attention to the role of financial technology,use big data and intelligent tools,continuously improve internal risk control management,optimize inspection and supervision models,empower business development,and the role of off-site monitoring in enhancing the pertinence and initiative of internal control management is more prominent.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of off-site monitoring issues,this article proposes the construction ideas and implementation paths for commercial banks to build off-site monitoring systems.
