基于DEVA模型的互联网知识付费企业价值评估

摘要 由于互联网知识付费企业具有资产结构特殊以及马太效应等特点,运用现有的价值评估方法对其进行价值评估存在一定的难点。通过分析互联网知识付费企业的特点,文章从用户属性、用户价值关系等角度出发,对现有的DEVA模型进行改进,构建适合互联网知识付费企业的价值评估模型,并以知乎为例进行了验证。研究结果表明,运用传统的DEVA模型在对企业价值评估时会产生巨大误差,而与此相比,修正的DEVA模型的估值结果则更加准确,差异率处于合理范围内,由此可见,修正的DEVA模型更加能够反映互联网知识付费企业的真实价值。 Due to the special asset structure and Matthew effect of internet knowledge payment enterprises,it is difficult to evaluate their values by using the existing value evaluation methods.By analyzing the characteristics of internet knowledge payment enterprises,this paper improves the existing DEVA model from the perspective of user attributes and user value relationship,and constructs a value evaluation model suitable for internet knowledge payment enterprises,and takes Zhihu as an example to verify.The results show that the traditional DEVA model will make huge errors in the evaluation of enterprise value.Compared with this,the valuation results of the modified DEVA model are more accurate,and the difference rate is within a reasonable range.It can be seen that the modified DEVA model can better reflect the real value of internet knowledge payment enterprises.
