高瓦斯厚煤层穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采方案模拟优化

摘要 针对五阳煤矿02工作面钻孔布置盲目、瓦斯抽采效率低等问题。建立了含瓦斯煤体的气-固-损伤耦合数学模型,并将其导入COMSOL中,模拟了穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采时不同钻孔间距下瓦斯抽采效果。结果表明:钻孔间距为6 m时,在规定时间范围内的瓦斯体积分数和压力都能达到安全要求。现场应用后,瓦斯抽采体积分数和纯量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在整个监测期间最大抽采瓦斯体积分数为49.15%,最大抽采纯量为5.95 m^(3)/min,瓦斯抽采效果良好,避免了02工作面回采过程中煤与瓦斯突出的危险。 Aiming at the problems of blind borehole layout and low gas extraction efficiency in 03 working face of Wuyang Coal Mine.The gas-solid-damage coupling mathematical model of gas-bearing coal was established and imported into COMSOL to simulate the gas extraction effect under different borehole spacings during gas extraction of cross-layer boreholes.The results show that when the borehole spacing is 6m,the gas content and pressure within the specified time range can meet the safety requirements.After the field application,the gas volume fraction and pure amount increased first and then decreased with time.During the whole monitoring period,the maximum gas volume fraction was 49.15%,and the maximum extraction pure amount was 5.95 m^(3)/min.The gas extraction effect was good,and the danger of coal and gas outburst in the mining process of 03 working face was avoided.
