摘要
应急领导力是微观尺度应急管理能力现代化的关键环节,也是非常态情境中亟待进行理论建构的重要领导力类型。应急领导力能够从情绪、时间、信息等方面满足身处公共突发事件中的人们对确定性的需求,带给追随者在不确定性中保持发展和应变的能力,从而减缓公共突发事件对组织带来的负面影响。新开发的应急领导力量表包括抗逆心态、韧性思维和应急素养三个维度,实证检验显示该量表具有较高的信度和效度,可以作为应急领导力的测量工具。
Emergency leadership is at the core of the modernization of emergency management capa-bilities at the micro-scale,and it is also an important type of leadership that needs to be theoretically con-structed in non-conventional situations.Emergency leadership can satisfy people′s need for certainty in public emergencies in terms of emotions,time,and information,and bring followers the ability to devel-op and adapt in the midst of uncertainty,thus mitigating the negative impacts of public emergencies on organizations.The newly developed emergency leadership scale includes three dimensions:resilient mindset,resilient thinking and emergency literacy.Empirical tests show that the scale has high reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for emergency leadership.
