摘要
介绍了铁液熔炼过程中生铁、废钢的选用及炉料配比对铸件质量的影响,阐述了在熔炼过程中炉料配比、化学成分控制、熔炼时间、熔化温度、铁液化学成分和铁液均匀性等方面需要控制的要点及与熔炼相关易出现的质量问题,同时结合生产实际,对高质量的球墨铸铁件生产需要注意的重要事项提出了相关的控制建议。最后指出:使用合适原材料是生产优质球墨铸铁件的前提,生产过程的稳定是生产优质球墨铸铁件的根本,熔炼过程的精准控制是提升和保证球墨铸铁件性能的关键。
The influence of the selection of pig iron,scrap steel and the proportion of furnace materials on the quality of castings in the process of molten iron smelting were introduced.The key points that needed to be controlled in the smelting process,such as charge ratio,chemical composition control,smelting time,melting temperature,chemical composition of molten iron and uniformity of molten iron,as well as the common quality problems in smelting were elaborated.At the same time,combined with the actual production,relevant control suggestions were put forward for the important matters that needed to be paid attention to in the production of high-quality nodular iron castings.It was concluded that the use of appropriate raw materials was a prerequisite for producing high-quality nodular iron castings,process stability was fundamental,and precise control of the smelting process was crucial for enhancing and ensuring the performance of nodular iron.
