This study aims to integrate advances in the application of flexible wearable technology in exercise monitoring and to assess the feasibility of the technology in predicting campus exerciserelated sudden cardiac arrest(E-SCA).Based on the integrative framework of literature review, feasibility of introducing flexible wearable technology into the medical supervision of school sports is explored by collecting, integrating, and analyzing highquality journal literature from Chinese and English databases with reference to the application of flexible wearable technology in the medical field. The study finds that the sensor is capable of realtime feedback cardiac function and health status by analyzing biochemical signals and physiological indicators during exercise,Combining flexible wearable technology with machine learning technology can effectively predict the occurrence of E-SCA,provide instant warning of emergencies, and facilitate the timely intervention of physical education teachers and school physical education medical personnel, thus reducing the incidence and lethality of E-SCA among adolescent students.Furthermore,by employing artificial intelligence algorithms, personalized health profiles can be developed for students, aiding schools in crafting more tailored physical education and health promotion programs.
