快速康复外科护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing in Parturients of Cesarean Section

目的:探索快速康复外科护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2020年3月于广州医科大学附属第六医院择期进行剖宫产手术的产妇200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组术后康复指标、视觉模拟评分法评分。结果:观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、首次离床活动时间、初始泌乳时间早于对照组,术后腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6、12、24 h视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理可以促进剖宫产产妇术后康复,减轻术后疼痛。

Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in parturients of cesarean section.Methods:A total of two hundred women who underwent elective cesarean section in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with one hundred cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.Postoperative rehabilitation indexes and Visual Analog Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:The first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first movement time from bed and the initial lactation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Visual Analog Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 6,12 and 24 h after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can promote recovery after cesarean section and reduce postoperative pain.
