摘要
为了完善海绵城市全过程管理机制,保证海绵设施建设效果,避免工程投资浪费,文章对福建省海绵城市试点城市和示范城市的多个海绵城市建设项目的运维情况进行调研,总结其运维问题并提出改进建议。
In order to improve the entire process management mechanism of sponge cities,ensure the effectiveness of sponge facility construction,and avoid waste of engineering investment,the author conducted research on the operation and maintenance of multiple sponge city construction projects in pilot and demonstration cities of sponge cities in Fujian Province,summarized their operation and maintenance problems,and proposed improvement suggestions.
