摘要
为解决人工分离配方烟丝中CO_(2)膨胀烟丝检测精度低、分离效率低等问题,利用CO_(2)膨胀烟丝作为示踪物,采用化学比重法并结合流体动力学设计了一种CO_(2)膨胀烟丝分离装置。该装置由分离系统、收集系统、动力系统、液位自动控制系统和电气控制系统等组成,利用CO_(2)膨胀烟丝与配方烟丝其他组分的密度差异,通过搅拌混合,使注入分离液的配方烟丝上中下层浮动、分层和过滤,实现膨胀烟丝的快速分离和准确检测。以福建中烟工业有限责任公司生产的“七匹狼”牌卷烟配方烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:该分离装置检测精度高,准确性和重复性好,测试绝对误差小于0.25%,标准偏差在0.17%~0.38%之间,变异系数小于5%,分离检测效率较人工分离法提高80%以上。该技术可为提升卷烟配方准确性和均匀性提供支持。
In order to promote the detection accuracy and separation efficiency of CO_(2) expanded cut tobacco in blended cut tobacco of cigarette,a separator for separating CO_(2) expanded cut tobacco from blended cut tobacco was designed by using CO_(2) expanded tobacco as a tracer and combining the chemical specific gravity method with fluid dynamics.The device mainly consists of a separation system,a collection system,a power system,an automatic liquid level control system and an electric control system.Following the introduction of the separating solution,the cut tobacco sample immersed in the solution was stirred and turned into upper,middle and lower layers under the action of floatation,stratification and filtration due to the density difference between expanded tobacco and other components in the cut tobacco sample.The designed separator was tested with the blended cut tobacco of“Septwolves”brand cigarette provided by China Tobacco Fujian Industrial Limited Corporation.The results showed that the separator featured high precision,good accuracy and repeatability.The absolute error was less than 0.25%,the standard deviation ranged from 0.17% to 0.38%,and the coefficient of variation was less than 5%.The separation and detection efficiency increased by more than 80%compared with the manual separation method.This technology supports the promotion of tobacco blending accuracy and uniformity in cigarette production.
