牛定时输精技术应用研究进展

调控母牛繁殖规律、缩短产犊间隔、使用高效的牛定时输精技术是提高牛繁殖性能的有效手段。使用牛同期发情与同期排卵定时输精技术可节本增效,有效提高母牛的参配率和受胎率。文章主要阐述了牛同期发情与同期排卵-定时输精生殖机制,总结国内外牛的同期发情技术、同期排卵-定时输精常用技术方案,分析其优势及应用效果,以期为该技术广泛应用于规模化牛场或集中放牧条件下母牛繁殖生产提供参考。

It is an effective means to improve the breeding performance of cattle by regulating the breeding rule of cows,shortening the calving interval and using the efficient timing fertilization technique.Using the technique of simultaneous oestrus and simultaneous ovulation can save cost and increase efficiency,and effectively improve the mating rate and conception rate of cows.This paper mainly described the mechanism of simultaneous estrus and periodic ovulation fertilization in cattle,summarized the simultaneous estrus technology and the common technical schemes of simultaneous ovulation and timed fertilization in cattle at home and abroad,analyzed their advantages and application effects,in order to provide reference for the wide application of this technology in the breeding and production of cows in large-scale cattle farms or concentratedgrazing conditions.
