分析穴位贴敷涌泉穴对泌尿系结石术后患者睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Acupoint Application on Yongquan Acupoint on the Sleep Quality of Postoperative Patients with Urinary Tract Stones

目的:分析穴位贴敷涌泉穴对泌尿系结石术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年10月福建省漳州市中医院收治的泌尿系结石术后患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予穴位贴敷涌泉穴干预。采用自制的调查问卷统计患者护理前后的总睡眠时间与睡眠效率,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估2组患者的睡眠质量,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估2组患者的生命质量。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠时间、睡眠效率评分显著高于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿系结石术后患者中,应用穴位贴敷涌泉穴具有较为理想的效果,能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量,提升总睡眠时间与睡眠效率,改善日常生命质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application at Yongquan Point on the sleep quality of postoperative patients with urinary tract stones.Methods:A total of 80 postoperative patients with urinary tract stones admitted to Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Fujian Province from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received an application for Yongquan acupoint intervention.A self-made survey questionnaire was used to calculate patients′total sleep time and sleep efficiency before and after nursing care.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of two groups of patients,and the Health Survey Short Form(SF-36)was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results:After the intervention,the sleep time and sleep efficiency scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In postoperative patients with urinary tract stones,applying acupoint plaster to Yongquan acupoint has a relatively ideal effect,which can effectively improve the patient′s sleep quality,enhance total sleep time,and sleep efficiency,and improve daily quality of life.
