全环境育人背景下大学生心理危机干预策略研究

摘要 本研究以全环境育人理念为基础,深入分析当代大学生常见的心理危机,总结影响大学生产生心理危机的因素。在此前提下,突破时间与空间的限制,构建涵盖学校、家庭、社会、网络四个教育场域,探索出既相互独立又彼此关联的大学生心理危机干预新路径。 Psychological crisis is a state of psychological imbalance that occurs with the occurrence of crisis events.The Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Mental Health Education for College Students and the Special Action Plan for Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving the Mental Health Work for Students in the New Era(2023—2025),which clearly emphasizes that strengthening preventive intervention is an important task to ensure the mental health of college students,and emphasizes the need to carry out mental health education in all aspects.Based on the concept of all-environment education,this study analyzes the common psychological crises of contemporary college students,summarizes the factors that affect the psychological crisis of college students,and on this basis breaks the limitations of time and space,constructs four educational fields of school,family,society,and the Internet,and explores new paths for psychological crisis intervention for college students that are both independent and interrelated.
