摘要
采用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对百里香油中的挥发性成分进行分析,结果表明,①百里香油中共鉴定出71种挥发性成分,包括醇类15种、酯类7种、酸类2种、酮类1种、酚类9种、胺类5种、烃类16种、苯系物3种和其他类化合物13种;②挥发性成分中酚类含量占比最多(54.91%),酸类含量占比最少(0.12%);③百里香油中含量较高的物质有4-乙烯基愈创木酚(49.32%)、香芹酚(5.31%)、芳樟醇(6.48%)、对异丙基甲苯(21.33%)、2-蒎烯(3.30%)。
The volatile components in thymus vulgaris oil were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that:①71 volatile components were identified in thymus vulgaris oil,including 15 alcohols,7 esters,2 acids,1 ketone,9 phenols,5 amines,16 hydrocarbons,3 benzene compounds,and 13 other compounds;②The volatile components had the highest percentage of phenolic content at 54.91%and the lowest percentage of acid content at 0.12%;③thyme oil contains high levels of 4-vinylguaiacol(49.32%),carvacrol(5.31%),linalool(6.48%),pisopropyltoluene(21.33%),and 2-pinene(3.30%).
