摘要
肿瘤放疗目前已进入精准放疗时代,随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,利用生物标志物评估放疗不良反应,可为实现个体化的精准放疗提供支持。肺癌、食管癌等胸部肿瘤在进行放射治疗时,易诱发放射性食管炎,进而限制放疗剂量,甚至中断放疗计划。该文主要通过文献调研,对基于生物分子的放射性食管炎的评估技术研究现状进行概述,以期为肿瘤的个体化精准放疗研究提供借鉴。
Tumor radiotherapy has entered the era of precision radiotherapy.With the rapid development of molecular biology technology,the use of biomarkers to evaluate the adverse effects of radiotherapy can provide support for the individualized precision radiotherapy.Radiation esophagitis is easy to be induced during radiotherapy for chest tumors such as lung cancer and esophageal cancer,and thus limit radiotherapy dose or even interrupt radiotherapy plan.Based on literature research,this paper summarizes the current research status of the evaluation technology of biomolecular-based radiation esophagitis,and it could provide reference for the research of individualized precision radiotherapy for tumors.
