摘要
文明是人类独立于世界的标识,是人类社会异于自然的鲜明特质。人类的文明形态始终处于运动变化的过程中。当前,人类文明正在转型,表现在文明中心转移、文明交往关系转换、文明发展范式转化等方面。面对世界百年未有之大变局,中国特色社会主义创造了人类文明新形态,这是文明转型与历史发展的必然。教育与文明的关系素来密切。在人类文明新形态的发展进程中,教育的外部环境、内在诉求、媒介应用均发生了变化,教育呈现泛生态化、高质量化、赛博格化等变革特征。教育之于人类文明新形态具有多重逻辑要义,有助于筑牢发展根基、涵养精神动力、提供人才智力支持。面向未来,教育亟须应对人类文明新形态发展之需要,构建人类教育新形态,助力解决民族性和全球性难题,以建设教育强国稳固文明发展根基,以中国特色教育优势助建中华民族现代文明,以开放式数字化教育推进世界文明交流互鉴,最终实现教育与文明的共促共荣。
Civilization is a mark of human independence from the world,and a feature of human society that is distinct from that of nature;human civilization is constantly changing.At present,human civilization is transforming,which is reflected in the shift of the center of civilization,and the changes in the civilization-related communication and development paradigms.In face of the great changes unseen in the world in a century,socialism with Chinese characteristics has created a new form of human civilization,which is inevitable for the transformation of civilization and the development of history.There has always been a close relationship between education and civilization.In the development of a new form of human civilization,education has witnessed the changes in its external environment,internal demands and media application,and has featured pan-ecology,high quality and cyborgs.Education has multiple logical meanings for the new form of human civilization,which helps to lay a solid foundation for development,cultivate spiritual motivations,and provide intellectual support for talents.In the future,education needs to meet the needs for the development of the new form of human civilization,build a new form of human education,help to solve national and global problems,consolidate the foundation for the development of civilization by building a powerful country in education,build a modern civilization of the Chinese nation by taking advantage of education with Chinese characteristics,promote exchanges and mutual learning among world civilizations through open and digital education,and ultimately work together with civilization to become jointly improved and prosperous.
