单层球面网壳设计研究

摘要 单层网壳结构的特点是结构的刚度和位移为非线性关系,非线性稳定分析事关结构工程安全。结合某单层球面网壳玻璃采光顶结构设计,重点介绍网壳结构几何非线性、材料非线性稳定分析、受力复杂的关键节点有限元分析、节点细部设计。分析表明,非线性稳定分析及关键节点有限元分析可确保工程设计安全可靠,所用方法可供同类工程设计参考。 The characteristic of single-layer latticed shell structures is the nonlinear relationship between its stiffness and displacement,and the nonlinear stability analysis is crucial to the safety of structural engineering.The structural design of a single-layer spherical latticed shell glass skylight roof is discussed,the stability analysis of latticed shell structures considering geometric nonlinear analysis and material nonlinear analysis,the finite element analysis of key joints with complex loading conditions,and the detailed design of joints are given.The analysis indicates that nonlinear stability analysis and finite element analysis of critical joints can ensure the safety and reliability of engineering design,and the methods employed can serve as a reference for similar engineering projects.
