异位发酵床垫料水分蒸发试验

摘要 【目的】探究异位发酵床发酵温度、初始含水率、空气温度和湿度等对异位发酵床垫料水分蒸发的影响。【方法】选择谷壳、使用1个月的异位发酵床垫料以及使用半年的异位发酵床垫料3种试样,利用水浴锅给垫料持续加热来模拟垫料发酵产热,通过恒温恒湿箱控制空气温、湿度,采用单因素试验和响应面试验对垫料水分蒸发的影响因素进行分析。采用多元线性回归方法,得到3种垫料的水分蒸发量与发酵温度、初始含水率、空气温度和湿度的回归模型,在相应条件下预测发酵床的水分蒸发量。【结果】(1)发酵温度、初始含水率、空气温度和湿度对发酵床运行过程中垫料水分蒸发量的影响均显著;(2)当发酵温度一定时,随着空气温度的升高,异位发酵床垫料的水分蒸发量呈先增多后减少的变化趋势;(3)在发酵温度70℃、初始含水率75%、空气温度25℃、空气湿度70%的条件下3种垫料的水分蒸发量均达到最大值。【结论】当试样为谷壳和使用1个月的异位发酵床垫料时,发酵温度、初始含水率、空气温度和湿度对发酵床运行过程中水分蒸发量的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01);当试样为使用半年的异位发酵床垫料时,发酵温度、初始含水率、空气温度对水分蒸发量的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01),空气湿度对水分蒸发量的影响达到显著水平(P<0.05)。 【Objective】The study aimed to investigate the effects of fermentation temperature,initial moisture content,air temperature and humidity on the moisture evaporation pattern of ectopic fermentation mattress material.【Method】Three types of mattress materials included rice husk,ectopic fermentation mattress material used for 1 month or 6 months.Water bath was used to heat the bedding continuously to simulate the fermentation heat production of the bedding.Air temperature and humidity were controlled by a constant temperature and humidity box.Single factor test and response surface test were used to analyze the influencing factors of water evaporation.A regression model obtained through multiple linear regression method was proved to predict the effects of 4 factors(fermentation temperature,initial moisture content,air temperature and humidity)on the moisture evaporation of the 3 mattress materials.【Result】(1)Fermentation temperature,initial moisture content,air temperature and humidity all exerted significant impacts on the moisture evaporation of mattress materials.(2)Fermentation temperature and air temperature had certain constraints on the moisture evaporation of mattress materials during ectopic fermentation.Under constant fermentation temperature,the moisture evaporated increased firstly and then decreased with rising air temperature.(3)Three types of mattress materials reached the highest moisture evaporation efficiency under conditions of fermentation temperature of 70℃,initial moisture content of 75%,air temperature of 25℃,and air humidity of 70%.【Conclusion】The effects of fermentation temperature,initial moisture content,air temperature and humidity on the water evaporation of rice husk and ectopic fermented mattress material used for 1 month were extremely significant(P<0.01).The influences of fermentation temperature,initial moisture content and air temperature on water evaporation of ectopic fermented mattress material used for 6 months reached a very significant level(P<0.01),and the influence of air humidity on water evaporation during fermentation bed operation reached a significant level(P<0.05).
