荷载与温度耦合下的机场道面应力分析与配筋设计

摘要 针对大尺寸机场道面板在飞机荷载与温度耦合作用下易出现疲劳破坏的问题,通过ABAQUS软件对不同尺寸道面板在飞机荷载和温度梯度作用下的应力进行了分析。在此基础上根据应力结果完成道面板的横、纵向配筋设计,并对配筋后的道面板通过有限元模型进行了应力验算。研究结果表明:单独考虑飞机荷载,道面板尺寸与内部荷载无直接关联,而在温度梯度作用下,道面板的尺寸会对板内应力产生影响,但超过12 m后应力值趋于平稳。耦合荷载和温度共同作用下,尺寸越大道面板越容易发生破坏,当尺寸较小时板内应力上升幅度较大,但随着尺寸逐渐增大上升幅度放缓并趋于平稳。通过配备预应力筋,道面板板底拉应力下降幅度达87.3%,说明通过施加预应力筋可以有效防止道面板因尺寸过大在飞机荷载与温度梯度耦合作用下产生强度破坏与应力疲劳破坏。 The stress analysis of different sizes of pavement panels under the combined effects of aircraft load and temperature gradient were conducted by using ABAQUS to address the issue that large-size airport pavements panels are prone to fatigue failure.Under the coupling of aircraft load and temperature,based on the stress results,the transverse and longitudinal reinforcement design of the pavement panel is completed,followed by a stress checking calculation using a finite element model.The results show that there is no direct correlation between the size of the pavement panel and the internal load considering the aircraft load alone,and under the action of temperature gradient,the size of the pavement panel will have an effect on the internal stress,but the stress tends to be stable after more than 12 m.Under the combined influence of coupled load and temperature,the larger the size,the more likely the panel is to fail.When the size is smaller,internal stress escalates at a faster rate,however,as the size gradually increases,this escalation slows down and eventually stabilizes.By equipping prestressed tendons,the tensile stress at the bottom of the pavement panel decreases by a significant 87.3%.This implies that the application of prestressed tendons effectively mitigates strength failure and stress fatigue failure in pavement panels subjected to aircraft loads and temperature gradients resulting from their large dimensions.
