摘要
目的:观察病灶清除术联合同种异位骨移植疗法治疗颌骨单纯性骨囊肿的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的颌骨单纯性骨囊肿患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组行激素注射疗法,观察组行病灶清除术联合同种异位骨移植疗法。比较两组临床疗效、骨质增厚程度、囊腔体积缩小率、远期并发症发生率。结果:观察组总愈合率高于对照组(P=0.022);观察组骨质增厚程度大于对照组(P<0.001);观察组囊腔体积缩小率大于对照组(P<0.001);观察组远期并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.012)。结论:病灶清除术联合同种异位骨移植疗法治疗颌骨单纯性骨囊肿的效果显著,可增加骨质增厚程度、囊腔体积缩小率,降低远期并发症发生率。
Objective:To observe the effect of debridement combined with allotopic bone graft in the treatment of simple bone cyst of jaw.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with jaw simple bone cyst admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received hormone injection therapy,and the observation group received lesion clearance combined with allotopic bone graft therapy.The clinical effect,the degree of bone thickening,the rate of capsular volume reduction and the rate of long-term complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total healing rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.022);the degree of bone thickening in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.001);the reduction rate of capsule volume in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001);the incidence of long-term complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.012).Conclusion:Debridement combined with allotopic bone grafting is effective in the treatment of simple bone cysts of the jaw.It can increase the degree of bone thickening,the rate of capsular volume reduction,and reduce the incidence of long-term complications.
