摘要
本文针对传统方法评价装配式住宅建筑绿色施工水平缺乏客观性的问题,提出COWA—灰色聚类评估方法,结合装配式建筑工程实例,构建包含31项指标的综合评价体系,对指标赋权,全面分析装配式住宅建筑绿色施工水平,避免主观因素和极端数据对评价结果准确性造成不良影响。与装配式建筑工程实际情况对比,检验本文评估方法的可行性。结果表明,基于本文方法的绿色施工综合评价值为7.4097,通过与现场实际情况对比分析可知两者一致性较高。说明本文方法的评估结果具有可靠性,研究内容为装配式住宅建筑绿色施工水平评价提供思路。
In response to the lack of objectivity in evaluating the green construction level of prefabricated residential buildings by using traditional methods,the COWA grey clustering evaluation method is proposed.Combining with examples of prefabricated building projects,a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of 31 indicators is constructed,and the indicators are weighted in order to comprehensively analyze the green construction level of prefabricated residential buildings,which avoids the negative impact of subjective factors and extreme data on the accuracy of the evaluation results.The feasibility of the evaluation method in this paper is tested by comparing it with the actual situation of prefabricated building projects.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of green construction based on the method proposed in this article is 7.4097.By comparing and analyzing with the actual situation on site,it can be seen that the consistency between the two is high,indicating that the evaluation results of the method proposed in this article are reliable.The research could provide ideas for the evaluation of green construction level in prefabricated residential buildings.
