基于手机信令数据的城市交通模型及应用

Development and Application of Urban Traffc Model Based on Mobile Phone Signaling Data

摘要 手机信令数据样本量大、时效性强,已被用于城市交通四阶段模型的标定与修正,但在城市交通模型的全流程建模上的应用还比较少见。本文以兰州为例,结合手机信令数据和居民出行调查数据提出了一种城市交通模型的快速构建方法,并结合现状交通调查和交警卡口等小样本数据进行模型校核。该方法可以发挥手机信令数据的大样本和时效性优势,以及居民出行调查数据的全面性优势,从而快速构建具有一定精度的城市交通模型。利用该城市交通模型对G1816高速公路兰州过境段进行了交通影响评价,包括建设前后的路网流量对比分析和OD溯源分析等,为该项目的规划设计决策提供了技术支持。 Mobile phone signaling data with large sample size and high timeliness have been used for calibration and correction of the Four-stage urban traffic model,but the application on the whole process modeling of urban trafc model using mobile phone signaling data is still rare.Taking Lanzhou as an example,this paper proposes a rapid construction method of trafc model by combining mobile phone signaling data and residents'travel survey data,and model calibration by combining small sample data such as the current situation trafc survey and trafc police chokepoints.The method can take advantage of the large sample and timeliness of the mobile phone signaling data and the comprehensiveness of the residents'travel survey data,so as to quickly construct an trafc model with a certain degree of accuracy.The trafc model is used to evaluate the trafc impact of G1816 highway(Lanzhou section),including the comparative analysis of road network fow before and after construction and OD tracing analysis,which provides technical support for the planning and design decisions of the project.
