高职院校人文与科技融合的人才培养模式研究

摘要 文章分析当前高职院校人才培养现状,阐释人文科技相融合人才培养模式的意义及实践中存在的问题,提出人文科技相融合人才培养模式的实施策略,并进一步给出了人文科技相融合人才培养模式的创新建议:人文科技相融合人才培养模式强调实践与理论的结合;创建立体化学科交叉融合的课程体系;贯穿1+X考试标准,以工作项目为主线,构建理虚实结合的线上线下同步课堂;深挖课堂思政元素,深化学生对职业精神和工匠精神的理解。 This paper analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,explains the significance of integrating humanities and technology in talent cultivation mode and the problems that exist in practice,proposes implementation strategies for the integration of humanities and technology in talent cultivation mode,and further provides innovative suggestions for the integration of humanities and technology in talent cultivation mode:the talent cultivation mode that integrates humanities and technology emphasizes the combination of practice and theory;create a three dimensional curriculum system with interdisciplinary integration;construct a synchronous online and offline classroom that combines theory,reality,and virtuality by adhering to the 1+X exam standards,and having work projects as the main line;deepen students’understanding of the spirit of professionalism and craftsman by exploring ideological and political elements in the classroom.
