基于数据挖掘国家专利中药复方治疗黄疸的用药规律分析

An analysis of the medication patterns of national patent Chinese medicine compound prescriptions in the treatment of jaundice based on data mining

目的:拟探讨专利复方治疗黄疸的用药规律,为临床黄疸治疗用药提供参考。方法:收集国家知识产权局中国专利公布网站建库至2023年3月31日治疗黄疸的中药复方专利数据,运用Excel 2019、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 25.0进行频数统计、关联规则Apriori算法、高频药物聚类分析,通过Cytoscape 3.7.1构建药物共现频次并进行可视化网络展示。结果:共纳入中药复方专利156项,涉及药物520味,高频中药有茵陈、栀子、甘草、大黄、金钱草、郁金、茯苓、柴胡;四气以寒性为主,五味以苦为主,归经以肝经居多,其次为肺经、胃经、脾经;二项关联规则置信度最高的为“茵陈-郁金”,三项关联规则置信度最高的为“茵陈-茯苓and栀子”;高频药物聚类分析共得到4类药物,核心处方有“白术、泽泻、茯苓、黄柏”“柴胡、赤芍、栀子、郁金、茵陈、大黄、虎杖、甘草”等。结论:国家专利中药复方治疗黄疸具有规律可循,常以利湿退黄、清热解毒、健脾益气、活血化瘀等为选方用药原则,在新药研发时可考虑使用茵陈、栀子、大黄、郁金等为处方核心药物进行配伍加减。

Objective:The medication patterns of national patent Chinese medicine compound prescriptions in the treatment of jaundice were explored to provide reference for clinical medication of jaundice.Methods:The patent data of national Chinese medicine compound prescription for treating jaundice was collected from the establishment of the China National Intellectual Property Administration’s Chinese patent publication website to March 31,2023.Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 25.0 were used to carry out frequency statistics,association rule Apriori algorithm,high-frequency drug clustering analyses.Cytoscape 3.7.1 was used to calculate the co-occurrence frequency of medicines,and visualize the network display.Results:A total of 156 national patent Chinese medicine compound prescriptions were included,involving 520 Chinese medicines.High frequency Chinese medicines included Yinchen(Herba Artemisiae Scopariae),Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Jinqiancao(Herba Lysimachiae),Yujin(Radix Curcumae),Fuling(Poria cocos),and Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri).The medicinal property was mainly cold,the medicinal flavor was mainly bitter,and the tropism meridian was mainly liver meridian,followed by lung meridian,stomach meridian,and spleen meridian.The two-item association rule with the highest confidence was Yinchen-Yujin,and the three-item association rule with the highest confidence was Yinchen-Jinqiancao-Zhizi.Four types of medicine were identified through high-frequency medicine clustering analysis,with core prescriptions including Baizhu(Atractylode)-Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis)-Fuling-Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendri Chinsis),Chaihu-Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra)-Zhizi-Yujin-Yinchen-Dahuang-Huzhang(Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati)-Gancao,etc..Conclusion:Treating jaundice with national patent Chinese medicine compound prescription has a regular pattern,and is often based on principles such as promoting dampness and reducing jaundice,clearing heat and detoxifying,invigorating spleen Qi(气),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In the process of new drugs development,it can be considered to add or subtract the core medicines of prescription such as Yinchen,Zhizi,Dahuang,and Yujin.
