摘要
目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染咳嗽症状的改善效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年5月本院门诊收治的72例小儿肺炎支原体感染患者为研究对象,并按照投掷硬币法分为参照组和研究组,每组36例。其中,参照组施以常规治疗,研究组在参照组基础上施以布地奈德联合特布他林、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、患儿症状改善时间(发热改善时间、咳嗽改善时间以及肺啰音改善时间)、PSQI评分(匹兹堡睡眠指数量表评分)。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组发热改善时间、咳嗽改善时间以及肺啰音改善时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组PSQI评分相较于参照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组PSQI评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床实践中,对患有肺炎支原体感染的儿童合理采用布地奈德联合特布他林、异丙托溴铵的雾化吸入疗法,已被证实能显著提升治疗效果。该疗法不仅能够有效缩短患儿发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音的改善时间,还能显著提高患儿的睡眠质量。这些结果充分展示了布地奈德雾化吸入治疗在治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染方面的显著价值。
Objective To explore improvement effect of budesonide nebulization inhalation in treatment of cough symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods The paper chose 72 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in outpatient of our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 for study,and divided them into groups with coin toss method.Reference group(n=36)was treated with routine treatment,and study group with budesonide combined with terbutaline and ipratropium bromide nebulized inhalation based on reference group(n=36).Total effective rate of treatment,symptom improvement time(fever,cough and lung rale improvement),and PSQI scores(Pittsburgh Sleep Index scores)were compared between two groups.Results Study group showed more significant improvement in total effective rate for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection than than control group,(P<0.05).Fever improvement time(2.06±0.42)d,cough improvement time(3.12±0.16)d,and lung rale improvement time(5.03±0.79)d in study group was shorter than(3.99±0.27)d,(5.09±0.51)d and(6.81±0.93)d in control group,degree was significant,(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between study group(14.19±1.19)and reference group(14.22±1.15)(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI scores in study group were(6.79±1.13),significantly lower than(9.25±1.19)in reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable application of budesonide combined with terbutaline and ipratropium bromide nebulized inhalation therapy can improve curative effect,shorten improvement time of fever,cough and lung rale significantly,improve sleep quality of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in clinical practice,which fully demonstrates value of budesonide nebulized inhalation therapy.
