摘要
将校园中的地理实体建立三维模型,形成计算机虚拟空间中真实、立体、实时的实景三维校园,是应用数字孪生技术建设智慧校园的基础。通过基于倾斜摄影测量、三维激光扫描、建筑施工CAD图、房屋普查数据等不同的数据源获取手段,Context Capture、3dmax、Revit、ArcGIS等多种建模软件,地上、地下、室外、室内等多样化场景,实景三维展示、既有建筑改造、规划设计效果可视化等多种应用,分析了各种三维建模方法的优势与不足,总结了进行三维模型快速构建的生产作业流程,并将多源异构三维模型集成在智慧校园数字孪生平台上,从而实现浏览、查询、空间分析等功能。通过不同三维建模方法的优势互补,可以更好地为智慧校园孪生平台的建设提供地理实体三维模型时空数据支撑。
3D model has been established on geographic entities in the campus.Thus,a realistic,three-dimensional and real-time 3D campus in a computer virtual space has been formed.It is the foundation for building a smart campus using digital twin technology.By using various data sources,such as oblique photogrammetry,3D laser scanning,construction CAD drawings,house survey data,as well as various modeling software,such as ContextCapture,3dmax,Revit and ArcGIS,and diverse scenes,such as above ground,underground,outdoor and indoor,various applications,such as real-time 3D display,existing building renovation,and visualization of planning and design effects,advantages and disadvantages of various 3D modeling methods have been analyzed,and the production process for rapid construction of 3D models have been summarized.Multi source heterogeneous 3D models have been integrated into the smart campus digital twin platform.Many functions,such as browsing,querying and spatial analysis have been achieved.Through complementing the advantages of different 3D modeling methods,geographic entity 3D model spatiotemporal data support can be provided for the construction of the smart campus twin platform.
