通痹祛湿活血汤对血虚风燥型银屑病患者症状积分及血清因子的影响

Effects of Tongbi Qushi Huoxue Decoction on Symptom Scores and Serum Factors of Patients with Blood-Vacuity Wind-Dryness Psoriasis

目的探讨通痹祛湿活血汤对血虚风燥型银屑病患者的症状积分及血清因子的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院收治的94例血虚风燥型银屑病患者,随机数表法分为两组,每组47例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加上通痹祛湿活血汤治疗,两组均治疗12周。比较两组症状积分、病症改善情况、血清因子、临床疗效。结果治疗12周后,观察组主症、次症总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组的皮损角质层含水量高于对照组,PASI评分低于对照组,关节疼痛/肿胀个数少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药基础上采用通痹祛湿活血汤治疗血虚风燥型银屑病,可以促进皮损、关节疼痛等症状的恢复,减少炎性物质,提升临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of Tongbi Qushi Huoxue Decoction and Zidan-Yinzhuo capsule on symptom scores and serum factors of patients with blood-deficiency wind-dryness psoriasis.Methods Ninety-four patients with blood deficiency and wind psoriasis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were divided into two groups with 47 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with purple Dan psoriasis capsule,the observation group was treated on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Compare symptom integration,disease improvement,serum factors,and clinical efficacy between the groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total score of the main and secondary symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the water content of the stratum corneum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the PASI score and the number of joint pain/swelling were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP,and OPN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine,Tongbi Qushi Huoxui Decoction is used to treat blood deficiency wind-dryness psoriasis,which can promote the recovery of skin lesions,joint pain and other symptoms,reduce inflammatory substances,and improve clinical effect.
