糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者精准护理干预体系的构建与应用研究

A study on the construction and application of a precise nursing intervention system for patients undergoing surgery for diabetic retinopathy

目的 探究糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者精准护理干预体系的构建与应用研究。方法 选取本院2021年1月至2022年11月200例糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者资料作为对照;选取2023年1月至2024年1月300例糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者作研究对象。比较两组护理干预前后视力、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、患者的依从性、焦虑自评量表(Sedation-Agitation Scale,SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分、术后并发症出现情况。结果 干预后患者视力、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白优于干预前(P<0.05),研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后患者的生活习惯评分、饮食控制评分、遵医嘱用药评分、运动锻炼评分均升高(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。干预后患者SDS评分、SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.33%,优于对照组24.00%。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者精准护理干预体系的应用效果显著,可帮助患者改善生理状况,提高自我管理能力,降低其焦虑抑郁程度,为患者的全面康复和生活质量的提高提供了有力保障。

Objective To investigate the construction and application research of precise nursing intervention system for diabetic retinopathy surgery patients.Methods 200 diabetic retinopathy surgery patients'data from January 2021 to November 2022 in our hospital were selected as control;300 diabetic retinopathy surgery patients from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects.Visual acuity,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycated haemoglobin,patient compliance,Sedation-Agitation Scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,and the emergence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,patients'visual acuity,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycated haemoglobin were better than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The patients'life habit scores,diet control scores,medication compliance scores,and exercise scores were higher after the nursing intervention(P<0.05),and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant.SDS scores and SAS scores of patients were reduced after the intervention(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.33%in the study group,which was better than 24.00%in the control group.Conclusion The application of precise nursing intervention system for diabetic retinopathy surgery patients has significant effect,which can help patients improve their physiological condition,improve their mental health and self-management ability,reduce their anxiety and depression,and provide a powerful guarantee for the comprehensive recovery and improvement of patients'quality of life.
