一种秸杆切瓣去芯机的设计

A Kind of Straw Cutting and Coring Machine Design

为了对秸秆的不同部位分离处理后再进行分别利用,设计了一种玉米秸秆切瓣去芯机。根据玉米秸秆切瓣去芯的要求,对切瓣去芯机的供料装置、推料装置、切瓣装置及去芯装置的结构进行了设计。切瓣去芯机操作简单、功能稳定、移动运输与安装维修方便,能够对玉米秸秆进行有效的分离与处理。

In order to separate the different parts of the straw and then utilize them separately,a corn stover cutting and coring machine was designed.With the requirement of corn stover cutting and coring as the programme,we mainly design and analyse the corn stover cutting and coring device's feeding,cutting and coring device structure,as well as the two-dimensional part of the part of the equipment and the two-dimensional assembly diagram of the whole machine.This equipment is simple in operation,stable in function,easy to move and transport and install and maintain,and can effectively separate the corn stover,and effectively help in the processing and utilisation of the corn stover.
