血府逐瘀胶囊联合普瑞巴林胶囊对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛及血清炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules Combined with Pregabalin Capsules on Pain and Serum Inflammatory Cytokine Levels in Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨血府逐瘀胶囊联合普瑞巴林胶囊用于带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)治疗的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月五莲县人民医院收治的75例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=38)。其中对照组采用常规普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用血府逐瘀胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3个月后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组血清P物质(SP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组TNF-α、SP及IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊联合普瑞巴林胶囊用于PHN治疗具有确切疗效,可发挥镇痛效果,调节血清炎症因子。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Pregabalin capsules in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 75 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Wulian County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group(n=37)and an observation group(n=38)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Pregabalin capsules,while the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu capsules on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,and serum inflammatory cytokine levels between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum substance P(SP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the average levels of TNF-α,SP,and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules and Pregabalin capsules has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of PHN,which can exert analgesic effects and regulate serum inflammatory factors.
