摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月莘县人民医院收治的86例MPP患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组在此基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。对比两组呼吸功能、血清指标、康复相关指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组最大呼气峰流速为(2.83±0.68)L/s、第1秒最大呼气容积为(1.80±0.31)L、用力呼吸25%时瞬时流量为(1.38±0.23)L/s,均大于对照组的(2.51±0.40)L/s、(1.64±0.39)L、(1.23±0.16)L/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2、免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgM水平均低于对照组,IgG水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗MPP患儿效果良好,且安全性高。
Objective To study the effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 86 children with MPP admitted to Shen County People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential treatment,and the observation group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The respiratory function,serum indexes,rehabilitation related indexes,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the peak expiratory flow rate of the observation group was(2.83±0.68)L/s,the maximum expiratory volume in the first second was(1.80±0.31)L,and the instantaneous flow at 25%of forced breathing was(1.38±0.23)L/s,which were higher than(2.51±0.40)L/s,(1.64±0.39)L/s,(1.23±0.16)L/s of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-2,immunoglobulin(Ig)A and IgM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the IgG level was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation is effective and safe in the treatment of MPP children.
