摘要
为实现破碎围岩预掘回撤巷道变形有效控制,以21303工作面回撤通道为研究对象,在分析工作面末采期间回撤通道锚网索支护条件下围岩变形特征基础上,提出采用注浆方式加固回撤通道破碎围岩,确保回撤通道断面满足后续使用需要。依据21303工作面回撤通道现场情况,给出注浆加固方案并分析注浆加固效果。工程应用后,21303工作面回撤通道顶板、巷帮及底板最大位移量分别为65、131、50 mm,围岩变形量在允许范围内,可满足工作面综采设备回撤需要。
In order to realize the effective control of deformation of the pre-excavation withdrawal roadway with broken surrounding rock,with the withdrawal roadway of 21303 working face as the research object,based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of the withdrawal roadway with the anchor net and cable support during the final mining period of the working face,it was proposed to strengthen the broken surrounding rock of the withdrawal roadway with grouting to ensure that the section of the withdrawal roadway can meet the needs of subsequent use.According to the site situation of the withdrawal roadway of 21303 working face,the grouting reinforcement scheme was given and the reinforcement effect was analyzed.After the application of the project,the maximum displacement of the roof,wall and floor of the withdrawal roadway of 21303 working face was 65,131 and 50 mm respectively,and the deformation of surrounding rock was within the allowable range,which can meet the needs of the working face fully-mechanized mining equipment withdrawal.
