摘要
研究针对露天煤矿矿区重金属污染土壤,采用复合微生物菌液,对露天矿区重金属污染土壤修复,研究复合微生物菌剂对重金属吸附的特性和机制。通过添加复合微生物菌剂对重金属污染土壤进行修复,测定土壤中重金属的含量、酶的活性和重金属形态的变化,评价微生物菌液对土壤中重金属的修复效果,结果表明,随着时间的推移,土壤重金属含量有下降的趋势,证明复合微生物菌剂M对重金属的固化和削减有一定的作用。复合微生物菌剂可有效地将重金属Ni、Cr、Mn的可交换态转换成碳酸盐结合态,显著降低重金属对作物的毒害作用。通过研究,为重金属污染的微生物修复、微生物菌剂在露天煤矿周边土壤修复中的应用、尾矿库的复垦和土壤改良提供一定的理论依据和优良菌种资源。
This study investigates the remediation of heavy metal-polluted soil in open-pit coal mines using a composite microbial solution and examines the characteristics and mechanisms of heavy metal accumulation by the composite microbial agents.Soil contaminated by heavy metals was remediated by adding composite microbial agents,and changes in heavy metal content,enzyme activity,and heavy metal forms in the soil,including exchangeable,carbonate-bound,and organic matter-bound fractions,were determined.The effectiveness of microbial agents in remediating heavy metals in the soil was evaluated.The results show that over time,there is a decreasing trend in soil heavy metal content,indicating that composite microbial agent M plays a certain role in the immobilization and reduction of heavy metals.Addition of composite microbial agent M can transform the exchangeable forms of Ni,Cr,and Mn into carbonate-bound forms,thereby reducing the toxic effects of Ni,Cr,and Mn pollution on organisms.
