大数据环境下的电网工程造价分析管控

摘要 本文聚焦大数据环境下电网工程造价管控面临的新形势新挑战,探讨大数据技术在工程造价数据处理、分析、应用等环节的创新路径,分析构建全过程造价管控体系、实施精细化成本分析与控制、建立动态造价管理机制等方面的优化策略,以期为电网工程造价管理变革提供新思路新方法,助推电网工程高质量发展。 This paper focuses on the new situation and challenges faced by power grid project cost control under the environment of big data,discusses the innovation path of big data technology in the process of project cost data processing,analysis,application and other links,analyzes the optimization strategy of the construction of the whole process cost control system,the implementation of refined cost analysis and control,and the establishment of dynamic cost management mechanism.In order to provide new ideas and new methods for the cost management reform of power grid engineering,and promote the high-quality development of power grid engineering.
